Our Founder
Tara Holland is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. She founded Tara's Tiny Tots Childcare in 2011. After spending most of her professional career in corporate America, she took the courageous step to start a daycare in her community that would allow her to impact families and the next generation.
Following in her mother's footsteps, Tara began to provide quality care for families that lived in the very neighborhood she grew up in. It is her passion to see children grow and develop that fuels her daycare center.
Tara is a graduate of Princeton High School. She later obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Wilberforce University. Tara also completed her Childcare Development Associate (CDA) credentialing in 2014 qualifying her to expand our early childcare program and State of Ohio quality ratings. Tara is presently pursuing an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education at Eastern Gateway Community College.
She is active in the Lincoln Heights community, faithfully serves in her church, and continuously making an impact in the lives of people in Cincinnati and beyond.
